Today we took one more step toward completing all the necessary filings to make Smudge Marks and Engel Werks a completely functioning company. After a trip to the county clerks office we now have our official fictitious business name on file; now we just need to get it published in a local paper within the next week or so. Once that accomplished we will be able get our business bank account opened and set up a PayPal account that will deposit directly into. This will help avoid commingling of funds which is a good thing. After that is accomplished we can get our Resellers Permit from the State of California. Then it is full steam ahead. Yeah!
